Q1. What is the normal lead time?
A: Average lead time for samples is 3-5 days, production time after sample approval
is 2-3 weeks. If tooling is involved, the lead time of production tooling is 10-15 days.
Q2. What is your standard packing?
A: All the goods will be packed by PE bag inside and carton outside. Special packing
method can be accepted when needed.
Q3. Which payment way is workable?
A1: Irrevocable L/C, Cash, PayPal, Credit card and T/T transfers.
A2: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment after goods are ready. If
tooling fee is involved, 100% tooling fee in advance.
A3: Payment way can be negotiated.
Q4. How do you ensure the quality of your products?
A1: We mainly use ASTM D2000 standard to define the quality of the rubber materials.
A2: We only use rubber raw materials certified by RoHS, FDA , REACH, PAHs.
A3: We will regularly test our rubber raw materials and issue rubber physical property
reports to monitor their quality.
